well outside of what others have said; i would the check the obvious things. if there is some vibration, you may want to check the inner side of the tires, check and see if there are and bends on the inside of the rims, balance weights, strut seating, etc. for the price that should be a non smoker and no pets as well. its gonna be hard to make sure its had "regular" oil changes without receipts. at that mileage, the seals should be fine at normal driving conditions. i would negotiate starting with a respectable offer at around 9300 and go from there. you dont want to insult the buyer if it is a worthy purchase.

In addition to the above posts, the ML sub has some problems also.

Couldn’t make it to see the car on Saturday. It was a rough Friday and my ride bailed on me so now I have to wait until Thursday or even Sat to see the car The seller said no one else is interested at the moment. Hopefully this will work for the positive and will allow me to drive the price down. I asked him if he can work with me on the car and he said that he is willing to go 10,500 which is only 300 less than the asking price. I’m starting to wonder if he will even come down to 10. I need a car soon.. its a nasty looking Monday here in SoFl and I had to bike it today lol

That would be upsetting since I heard these are exceptional audio components. If damaged what should I expect... no sound or something along those lines?

Making an educated purchase must take the smallest things into account.

that would be IMHO the least of my worries. If it is damaged, use minor imperfections of the sort as bargaining leverage. But remember as I stated; if it's a great car overall; price accordingly and make your move. You can get a awesome free air sub for close to nothing these days.

The guy is willing to do 10,100 the lowest. Said he bought a new spare tire, replaced a rear tire, changed all fluids and did the timing belt in Sep 2011. I think he took good care of it and he doesn’t want to see it go for under 10,000.

Im going to post more pictures of the car... maybe/ hopefully everyone sees what I’m seeing because I’m willing to spend the money and I can get some reassurance haha

$10,200 is Dealer Retail.. So If the car is Perfect, just go ahead and pick it up for $10k.. .since he's done 90K which cost around $1300 bucks.. If theres some minor issue, chew him down to $9500.
