I've seen several threads about upgrading the 2001 nav unit to a newer unit but can't find any clear information. Is it possible to upgrade the unit with one from like a 2004/2005 unit where they got the ability to do sat radio/ipod and video natively?

Alternately I may just do an aftermarket install but I really prefer the hassle free OEM look.
