Reverse tilt rear mirror

I was wondering if you can some how make a 1999 lexus gs300 the rear mirror to tilt down when you put it in reverse please help and let me know thanks

Looks like a pretty complicated project if you ask me, unless you are able to adapt parts from another car (LS has this i believe).
