Thanks!
My previous owner changed the timing belt at 160k.
Said he kept going to his mechanic requesting it, he'd open it up and see the belt was in excellent shape and put it back.
After 3-4x he finally had it done at 160k!

I bought my 2000 GS400 with 178K miles end of January, car was dealer maintained. I took care of all the issues it had about to get timing belt done. I've put around 1000 since getting it. Looking forward to many more miles, car isn't a daily I plan to keep it at least another 5 years then replace it with a LS460.

I'll hit 260k miles next week.
Timing belt and plugs and suspension parts is all I've had to do since I bought it in Oct 2011 with 138k miles.
Best car I've ever had.....

I was at the dealer recently and was talking to the service rep about the 2GS. He said he had one come in recently with almost 400k on the odometer! Being at 217k it's good to know I can keep it for a long, long time
