No. I bought the car from a friend. He had one of our other friend replaced the spark plugs, wires and VC gasket. After the replacement the car had a misfire so this and check engine light. So this is when I bought the car from my friend and fixed the misfire issue. Now I have these codes.

Not sure how long you've owned the car, but if you are sure there were no codes prior check to see if your friend used true OEM parts (spark plugs, etc). Believe it or not that could be part of the problem.
If you've only owned the car a short time, it's possible one or more of the codes could have existed prior to your purchase. While the OCV is not that bad to replace the knock sensors are another story. Again you'll want to use true OEM parts and be sure and replace both knock sensors even if you think it's only one.
If it were me I would go one step at a time, clear the codes and see if they come back.
