NY Area Meet
Hey Alexus:
Just a suggestion since it doesn't look like anyone has picked either a place or a date for the meet yet you gave a link to...
Rather than take a vote with everyone - why don't you pick a day that you think would be convenient and a place that is safe and easily accessible to those in your area. If too many members can't make it, they'll say so.
Once you set a date, call a couple of your local area sponsors like Lexus of Manhattan and see if they'll host it or at least chip in some door prizes.
And make it soon, before it gets too cold up there
