Default Anybody running a 295-30-18 in the rear

My gs4 car is coming in from Cali and Will need new rear tires asap... it currently has 265-35s on the rear and I found a great deal for 2 new 295-30 pirelli pzeros. I just wanted to know if anybody has/is running these tires and what fender mods were needed if any. Yes I have searched lol. Thanks

how wide is the rim? a 295 tire on a 8 or 8.5" rim will cause the tire to fold in the middle.

Really? I ran a 315 series tire on a 9.5 in wheel for over a year and never had that problem. All i had was an aggresivele bulge in the sidewall, which I prefer over the stetch/poke BS people like.

In spec if he has the 17' wheel option, out of spec if he has standard 16 as OEM. With that said we don't know where his speedometer is set and he may or may not be out of spec. I personally wouldn't run that small of a tire size since it will surely cause traction control issues.
