I am in the process of buying a 2005 GS300.
Currently have a 2010 RX350 and 2010 JCW MINI Cooper Clubman
The GS is going to become a daily driver while the MINI hangs out under a cover for weekend runs up the mountain.
What I am looking to do is go to 18" wheels on the GS. I need some help with size. First off I will not be lowering the car and I don't want to get too low of a profile tire as to not destroy the ride comfort. I know 18's will not be as smooth as the factory wheels.
I do want to fill the wheel gap up some and maybe a little wider. I see some run staggered wheels here.
What width wheel should I look for?
Front and back width? If I did staggered.
What size tire to give me a little extra rubber between the wheel and the road.
