F%^&N Jimmy. After finding another piece of PVC in the same spot I looked around and found a loose hose clamp around my K&N intake. The prior owner installed the aftermarket intake from his GS400 and used the clamp along with the 2 pieces of PVC to hold down the intake to the mounting bracket. I had the timing belt done and the mechanic did not tighten the clamp enough when he put it back together. Apparently the intake rises under power as I now have a few marks in the under hood insulation.
