Default Question about offsets help!

Do u guys know how the fitment will be if I had 19x9 F & 19x10.5 R with a 35 offset all the way around? Looking to buy these work sc1 wheels but the guy has it on an Is and I don't know if it will fit right on a 2000 Lexus gs HELP!!!!

Truley flush requires fender rolling stretched tires lowered etc. Those wheel will fit no problem they fit will not like super sunkor anything. But proper fit for the guy who doesn't wanna stretch or roll fenders
