More parts needed.... Will I need a whole new black diver's door panel? I noticed the plastic piece around the handle going down around the window switch is one piece and can be removed.

Broken dash

Torn Rug....

I just Bought a dash from a fellow member...thanks Aristo8. That's one thing off my list.

What is this?

[IMG][/IMG]

[IMG][/IMG]

Is this the steering ECU. Does this part tighten up the steering? My car is a 99, and this came out of a newer model. If so, where does it go?

I also remembered that I have to change the shifter button on the steering wheel to black (mine are grey). I really don't want to buy a black steering wheel just for the black shift buttons, Do the dealer sell the buttons alone or is this a all in one thing. I could paint them but they have the words up and down on them in white. I am not that skilled LOL

So the list of parts now

Driver's side door panel (black)
Rug (black)
Steering wheel shifter buttons (black)
01 Air bag
Grazio&Co. Black wood wheel with shifters

yes it is lee and the sport designs have a very good steering ecu, it plugs in under the dash, you will see it when you remove everything BTW those are a good $75-$150 upgrade and from what i hear worth every penny

Just came in..... 01 RX airbag..Not to pleased that the chrome on the logo is peeling but i search and read you can use a silver paint marker to bring it back to new. Maybe i should gloss black the emblem due to the black wood scheme.

One more set back (Black wood error). The Grazio wheel shipped is the wrong color......

The steering wheel is a black purple color and the interior parts are a black grey color. The Black purple color looks really nice but no go on the match. Back to japan you go....

Also anyone know if the plastic backing of the 98-00 steering wheel interchangeable with the 01-05? I know the air bag is a different shape but what about the backing?

This is the backing from a 98-00 wheel:
