Buzzing noise coming from dashboard

Hello CL,

Has anyone ever experienced a buzzing noise coming from their dashboard? It just started this morning. It sounds almost like a cell phone vibrating on a table does. I tried to see if it was my a/c, but the noise was the same with the fan on or off.

yes i had this in my 01 gs430,it was constant at 1st and then kinda became intermittent. sorry i cant tell u the fix but obviuosly its not just your car

Thanks for the reply. I'm guessing it has something to do with the vacuum tubes behind there. I had a similar problem in another car before, and that wasn't cheap to fix. I was hoping someone would have a diy or something.

sounds like one of the servo motors are going out. if you search theres a DIY and if im not mistaken it has part numbers in there.

^^ yup..its the Servo motor..i have the same prob and read that DIY a while back.

Yup...I had the same issue...replaced 2 servo motors...solved the problem..
