I've used Nexen N3000's a couple times and have been pretty happy. They're not the cheapest, but cheaper than Falken's, Hankook's, Toyo's etc... Quiet, decent grip, and last a long time. Then again, my set had only like 6k miles on them, but there was no visible sign of wear and still as quiet as the day I bought them.
