Question Question for VIP's, or people on bags.

For VIP members, and people on bags, do you use your gs for a Daily?, the reason I ask is because I'm planing on buying a new GS this summer and putting it on bags, or buying an is250/350. I love the body style of my gs, and buying a newer one would only make me wanna get bags for it. I've never seen an IS with bags. Regardless, having bags on the either car would it be harder to drive on a daily basis, living in ny with the horrible roads ?

I daily drive my bagged gs. Love having bags. You can avoid speed bumps and inclines with a switch

There is quite a lot of folks on here who daily drive their cars on bags.
In a way it is better than spring/coils especially on NYC roads you can hardly afford to drive at a steady height.

Have you decided on a brand yet?

If my car wasn't a daily it would be on coilovers. Bags make it possible to drive every day.

Question about bags.. Doesnt it kill your tires because everytime you lower or raise the car you adjust the toe of the wheels so you're just killing your alignment? I dont have bags yet coz that's kinda one of the reason why I haven't gotten bags yet.

Need to learn more about Bags! LOL

I mean don't get me wrong.. Im sure having bags is very convenient coz you can just raise/lower your car whenever you want. But I guess replacing tires are cheaper than replacing Oil pan / Exaust / Gas tank / Etc........ Hahahaha

Is that true? A good reason i rather bags then coils, was because i know when you adjust the height of the car with coils, from slammed to stock height, you would need an alignment. I thought with bags you wouldn't have that problem ?

obviously if u drive at the PSI you didnt align at then yes itll kill your tires... just like if you slam your car on coils and dint get an alignment you will kill your tires..

Align at your ride height PSI and youre set.
