^^^^ nice if that works, You have a good one here since you could start your truck with the battery. Any chance a wire may have popped out of the terminal clamp when you took the bttery out of the car?

 

found the 120amp fuse blown-not sure what the fuse is for. found 7 other fuses blown. installed all new fuses and none of them blew. car cranks but won't start. checked for spark-no spark. only have power to the brown wire with tan strip at the ignitors.

 

Try this:
1. Turn ignition switch on.
2. Check that there is battery positive voltage at ignition coil positive terminal
If not check wiring between ignition switch to ignition coils with igniters

If there is check resistance of sensors
Resistance: Cold Hot
Camshaft position sensor 835 - 1,400 1,060 - 1,645


Crankshaft position sensor 1,630 - 2,740 2,065 - 3,225
If not within specs replace sensors

If within specs:
CHECK IGT SIGNAL FROM ECM
If ok try another ignition coil with igniter. If not ok check wiring between ECM and ignition coils with igniters and then try another ECM.

 

cam and crank sensors ohm out ok. i have no pluse at injectors or coils.
i noticed the lights by your left knee is always blinking red with the key in or key out. is this suppose to do that? all wiring seems to be checking out ok. how do i reset the security system.

engine still cranks but does not fire. i can make the injectos click by grounding them out with my test light.

i have unlocked and locked with the key and key fob, still no start condition

 

If the light blinks in less than 1 second the system is on. More than 1 second the system is off.
Did you try to jump start the car and had the cables reversed? Need to find out why the fuses blew.
Problem could be wiring harness, transponder key coil, ECM, body ECU 1 or 2

 

Check the battery cables, they could be loose.
