I found a post about the bushing being replaced in an LS 400 here on CL. Can anyone tell me if this will work on our GS300s?

SO I got these for my '01 GS430 and I have some questions
1. How do you salvage the OEM sleeve for reuse in the new bushing ? Torch, metal brush on a grinding wheel ?
2. Do you leave the OEM sleeve in arm#2 !?!?!?!?!? I almost took an air chisel to the sleeve (as seen in the Daizen install thread) till I read the bag on the CarsonTuned/PSB bushing which says to re-use the OEM sleeve
3. Is Green Grease (synthetic) OK to use as lube on these poly bushings.
4. How in the HELL do you break the front two (#11) bolts my pass side came off easily with an 1/2" impact but the Driver's side would not freakin' budge with a breaker bar and a cheater pipe WTF !?!?!?
