Default Misty Headlights

This is probably a common topic, but I have some moisture inside both my passenger high beam (mostly) and low beam housing. What can i do to fix this because its really bothering me. I took the bulbs out and left the bulb inserts open for a few hours on a sunny day to see if it could "air out" but that did nothing. any tips?
