Hi guys just a quick question when i brought my gs the steering wheel has been changed im thinking rx300 as wood is a reddy colour which takes me to my question the air bag is not hook up as the clock sping has a single plug and the air bag 2 plugs so atm i have no air bag or cruze control but the big problem i need fixed asap is my VSC in kicking in for no reason all the time the car wont accererate properly and will beep and look the brakes up on my to where i cant push them how do i disable this thanks Reece

I think the RX300 wheel/airbag is dual stage while the GS is single.

 

depends on with rx300 wheel
01-03 is single stage.
what year is your GS?

 

sorry guys the car is a 1999 gs300 im unsure of what year the wheel but its deffiantly a 2 wire bag . but yea no cruse or airbag and im wondering if this is the cause of my vsc problem honestly i just wanna disconnect it (and fix my cruze)

 

cruise control plugs rite in. see if its connected. u can source a single stage explosive from a junkyard to fix ur bag

 

ok ill recheck the wireing for the cruze now how to disconnect the VSC

 

ok so no go on a bag here in oz im wondering if its cheaper to get a 2 wire clock spring also any ideas on diconnecting the vsc
