might want to look again. They're all accessible. I'm not by my car at the moment to help locate, but every car has a 'pathway' to the adjustment or it would defeat the purpose of having them at all. I've adjusted both sides of mine with them on the car... so its possible. 
just gotta use a screwdriver from the top side, not the 8mm socket on the back side.

its not a screw. The 8mm socket has a sprag attached to the head. If you look straight down, you'll see them. You can use a flat head or phillips and it will turn it from the top. There should be holes on the body of the car (right above them) that you can stick a driver through to reach them.

heres the other one which is a bit more tricky to get to, look closely, you'll also see the sprag here:
as you can see here, you have to get at it at an angle:
with both of these, you should see a hole of some sort on the frame of the car above it that you can stick a long screwdriver through

sooooo I guess that i didnt cut enough of my bezel out.... thats why i wasnt able to adjust my lights properly.... oh well i guess this weekend ill be going back and fixing my error

Yup i noticed the path for it. It was actually kind of clever... im amazed more and more with this car everyday at the ingenuity of the engineers who built them. man they think of everything

by the way those headlights look like they been through hell and back lol... nah but thanks for the demo that really did help out a lot.
