My current rims are 19 8.5 F and 19 9.5 R offsets , ive been putting 245/35/19 tires all around , my question is since the front and Rear are different offsets does that mean I should use different tire sizes for the F and R for a better ride/fitment? Just a thought any advise will be appreciated ...

Go 275/30 for rears. More traction.

 

19 8.5 F and 19 9.5 R offsets: (35 F and 45 R) if this changes anything?

8.5 and 9.5 are not the offsets, they're the rim widths. But yes, you should go with larger tires in the rear.
