Default some problems cant figure out..

man my car had a few minor problems after i got the car out of the shop and i told them i will bring it back once i get my new suspension put on. But i decided to go to my friend who works at lexus 1st so i dont get screwed.

Well my vsc, vsc/off light was on and its my drivers side speed sensor, the door locks i have problems with is that the front drivers side door and and the rear passenger side actuators went out, and a clip that holds the cable to the front passenger side door lock switch is broke, that is why my door lock locks slow. And they broke a chunk out of my door panel on my passenger side door

But the unknown problems are why my auto roll up dont work. I try to auto roll up my front driverside window damn thing goes up half way and just stop. Then thers some sound like a woodpecker pecking on a tree coming from the passengers side of the car when im at the light idling. And my car kinda growls when i start the car up and drive off. after i drive off after about 10 minutes its gone.

There is probably nothing i can do to get the shop to compensate me to fix the internal problems that cant be fixed.

but the known problems i found at the dealer, they will pay for. does anyone know anything about the unknown problem ? or might know what it could be and how i can fix the auto roll up. my guy at lexus lubed it and said it was the seal but hes not sure.

some help would be appreicated!!!

The window problem could be the jam protection switch, the power window master switch circuit or drivers door ECU.
