I have question about some 19''x8 +20 for the fronts. The reason I'm asking a question about them is because I rarely see anyone running 8's, its usually 8.5 on up. The reason I'm going with about 8's is because the only available sizes they have on these wills are 19x8 +20 & +40, 19x9.5 +20 & +40. I'm going with the conservative 9.5 +40 at the rear and know they will fit and I know 9.5 +20 might fit with a ton of work. So my question again is will 8 +20 work on the front of my GS2 with just a roll or would it take more work then that? I would like to lower my car with no more then 1 finger gap 225x35 front tires.

I've got a 99 gs300 lowered on Stance coilovers but currently sitting as high as they go. Thinking of running Vossen CV3's 20x10 +45 & 20x10.5 +25. The fenders are rolled & will run 245/35/20 all the way around. Is the roll enough or will the fenders need to be pulled? Also, any chance the 20x10 +45 front hits any of the suspension components?

Any input is greatly appreciated.

All this info is confusing. I have a 00 gs400 and want to know what size rims in 19 & 20 and the tire size (width/sidewall size) that will fit stock ride height without modding fenders. Looking for widest tire and preferably same size on all 4ccorners

If you go with the +20 in front you will need to roll. But its odd going with lower offset up front. I recommend +40 all around wit 245/35R19 front and 275/30R19 Rear. This is a proper setup that requires no modifications

Roll front fenders. Cut rear lip off rear fenders. 225/35 front and 255/30 rear

10 + 45 up front most likely will hit the front knuckle. I would recommend the 9" on the front. I also recommend 30 series tire all the way around. not 35. the 10.5 +25 is fine in the rear as long as your rear is rolled or cut. No pull necessary

It will with rolled fenders front and rear. 225/35 front and 235/35 rear

If you're going this extreme you're not ready. you would need MAJOR body pull from a body shop. This extreme you just have the build the car around the wheel and suck it up. No easy answer on this one.

without modifications stick to offsets higher than +40. and tire sizes are based on how wide the wheel is.

After months and months of researching.....I am ready to transform my stock GS430 into something else.

I finally pulled the trigger and bought Megan LP.
Also Leon Hardiritt Ritters

19x9.5 +30
19x10.5 +28

This is my daily driver and I wont be "slamming" it but i want a decent drop.
I was thinking about running

235/35 front
245/35 rear

I am a little flexible on the tires but I dont want anything TOO stretched.
Also what fender mod will i need to know.

I am constantly checking with the forums for any response. So please help. Thanks

This is correct. You would expect people to not have questions anymore, especially since there are hundreds of cars fitted with specs posted, but that would actually require putting in some effort and using your brain.

Whats a good slight stretch on tires for 18x8.5 and 18x9.5? I am currently running 215/35 and 235/35 on a 19x9 and 19x10 respectively and would like a similar stretch to that.

If you want a slight stretch similar to what you're running now, then just run the same sizes. It's only a half-inch difference in width from your current setup so the difference will barely be noticeable.

EDIT: I should add, since you're going with a lower diameter you may want to change the profile from 35 to 40. Just search, there's bound to be someone running simillar sizes... .if not here, then on a different car. Just google it.

I thought the title said "Q&A"..........doesn't that mean questions and answers. I guess not everyone is a genius like you there buddy. That's why we come to ask questions. Would you rather people starting individual threads to ask a question?

If you don't have an answer or a question for this thread......you shouldn't be reading the thread.

Like stated in your signature......you are a HATER.

Thanks to the nice guy who PM'd me a response. No thanks to you.

Try waking up on the other side of the bed next time. Have a good day.

Default Another 19" rim/fitment thread...

Looking at buying a set of varrstoen 19x8.5f et15 w 235/35/19 and 19x9.5r et20 w 245/40/19s... Car is lowered on eibach springs and I wanted to know if anybody has this exact same setup (rims at least) and if you had to do fender mods. I've searched and found similar like 19x9 or 19x9.5 fronts but always is et22 and never in 19x8.5. Anyone with this set up please chime in..... Thanks
