Hey guys, as time goes by, I keep seeing how outdated our interior looks. I was in a 98-00 gs with black and interior, and that thing looks way sexier than my interior, I have added a sport design shift ****, and a woodgrain steering wheel, and a double din unit, but it still looks old! Keep in mind I have an 01+ The small changes, chrome "L", chrome bezel, and different gauges. I guess it's the 2 tone in the dash and door panel that kills it. I also see that 2 tone in old LS. I have been contemplating doing something with my interior for a while now, but I am really going to do something about it now. What can I do about it? Doing a whole swap is not somthing I can do right now. I know I can get new seat covers for about 500.00, but it"s the dash and the door panels that I don't know what to do. Is dying them a good option? How well does dye hold up? Or wrapping them in something? Give me suggestions!

Pm replied, and I like the tan leather, I guess it's the dash and door that look nasty. I was planning to get my center console carbon fibered( I know that's not a word lol), but I'm unsure how it will look on tan. Black is more flexible

Im with ya EN VY! I am so sick of my tan! Plus my GS is green!!!
I really want black but the dye methods I've seen are very tedious.
I'd love to find a good way to 2 tone it at least.
Headliner also seems to be a PITA

I love black interiors and all, but I dont like that it cracks and you can easily see it. Unless its been taken care of, I probably wouldnt get black interior in my GS.

Its all about accenting it. Just need to have the talent and imagination to do it.
