The issue I am having is that the A/C only blows cold when set to 65... if i turn it to 66 and up the car instantly blow hot air.

 

on all settings or just on the face? this is 99% a servo issue as mine did something similar but mine was 67 they would switch to feet and blow warm....just to knock freon off the list, did you check the pressures?
