I dont think his inners flash. When you video LED's, that is what happens sometimes depending on the Frames per second. It will look like they are flashing, but they are not.

Wow! Those inners really looked like they were flashing to me too... OP, were they flashing or was it something to do with the videoing of the LEDs? It's more out of curiosity than anything.

hmmm, maybe OP will chime in as his outers are LED's and they dont flash....my LED's dont flash when i have filmed them...

It has to do with shutter speed... the flashing that is. Hope its that and not modified

Yea they do not flash... why they flash on the vid is an anomaly to me... probably just my camera

you were right, just odd to me his outters are LEDS also and they dont flash plus my LEDS have never flashed before in my videos
