Default Mark Levinson CD player

I have a 2001 GS300 with the Mark Levinson CD. I have owned my car for a year and a half. About a month ago while driving down the interstate on a 200 mile trip, my cd started skipping and then shut off. It would not start back. The next morning it played just like nothing happened. About 3 weeks later it did the same thing again except it did'nt skip, it just shut off. It would not start back, but the next morning it played fine. Does anyone know what might be happening with it? Thanks.

If you're still under warranty, I'd bring it in. It should be no problem to fix if you are.

Default Humidity

Most CD players have a humidity sensor and if the RH gets too high they shut off.

Cool

Try to clean off the CDs might be dirty.
