Shaving my studs scare me a little!! I don't think i'm going to keep them. WAY too much work to make them fit.

I have the same wheels...same finish....but mines are 19s.

Don't redrill them....I had 20" SEVAS S-55 wheels that were 5x120 that were redrilled to 5x114.3...and it still had vibration. Then I tried running it with wobble lug nuts...that helped a bit...but it still had vibration.

Your only option is to run that 5x120 to 5x114.3 adapter to avoid the vibration. Behind my mounting hub, they DO NOT have the extra spacing for the OEM bolts when it protrudes pass the adapter face. My guess is that these KFs are the same as mine.

Test fit the adapter to your hub...if your OEM bolts protrude pass the adapter face, then consider cutting them shorter or replace your OEM bolts with shorter bolts so they don't protrude pass the adapter face.

Good luck bro.

Pete

I would just sell them and buy a 5X114.3 set if I were you. The only time I would even consider redrilling, or running adapters is if the rims in question are not available in the correct lug pattern. Since the KF's are available in 5X114.3 that would be my choice. I once had these exact KF's only in 19X9.5 and 19X10.5. One of my favorite rims. They look great.
