I have a older eclipse monitor (5435) w/ nav and dvd. After seeing a few installs I can't say i'm impressed with the way nav screens look in the car. I was thinking, should i spend hundreds of dollars to install this screen and lose my cd changer and good looking stock radio? I have video and nav on my iphone so do I really need it? I was thinking maybe I should spend the money on the speakers instead. Let me know what you guys think...Thanks!

 

I was thinking the same thing. I don't really like the way the screens look either. I say keep the stock unit and get some beat

 

that sentence i bolded kinda describes it all. not to mention that we wont be riding in your car....if u want it, cool get it. if not dont man. only you will decide if u really need/want it
