Default Rear Bumper Removal

Hey guys, So i picked up a black Oem bumper earlier this week to replace mine which is pretty beat up. I looked at some past "DIY's" And i thought i had everything under control. I got all the bolts out except for the one's closest to the rear tires. How the hell do you get these things out? Even with an extension the curve of the bumper wont let you get it up there. Also the stupid little black tabs on the bottom of the bumper on either sides how the heck do you undo those things? I couldnt get it to budge then one of them broke. Any help guys would be greatly appreciated, This is now my third attempt to get this freaking bumper off, And now im getting irritated. I know you guys have taken the rear bumper off many times, I would really appreciate the help!!
