Can't guarantee it'll work but good twisted pair RCA's should have pretty good noise rejection. Mine are run under the driver's feet to the left side and down to the trunk and I don't have any noise. They're Stinger twisted pair, not cheap but not super expensive high end either.

The shorter you can get that power run the better, especially if you're drawing alot of current. Plus 0 gauge wire isn't cheap.
