Default Uhh Ohh! Knocking noises

After spending lots of money on aftermarket things for my car, I think it may require some maitenance now as my car just hit 90,000. My front left side started to make a Thud sound going over speed bumps and dips, And a cracking/ snapping sound going over potholes and stuff in the road at moderate speeds. What could be causing this sound? Is this the LBJ's Failing, could i be in danger driving my car?? If so do i need to replace the tie rods as well? I was looking at the Daizen front control arm bushing set? Is this something i should be doing as well, or am i fine for a few more miles. Thanks again for the help, I think i already know its the LBJ's I just wanted to make sure it wasnt something else that could be causing problems and i didnt waste my money.

I'd get those balljoints replaced yesterday!! Maybe have someone inspect the tie rods and everything else to make sure you get everything that needs to be done.

Take it to a shop and have them inspect it some will do it for free or an hour of labor. My car makes a thud or slight clicking sound when I hit bumps too. I am fixing as I was told by 2 different mechanics that it was the upper right ball joint, left sway bar link and bushings. The sway link woulnd't make the noise but the bar itself moving around in the bushing may aswell as the ball joint. Maybe its that or something completely different. Also at 90k some guys would recomend the timing belt and water pump be done
