Tail lights not working, relay possibly?

Tail lights not working, relay possibly?
I am cleaning up the mess that is the LED tails that I bought. I plugged in the bulbs again, and none are coming on. The brake lights do not engage and the running lights don't either. The top brake light is fully functional which leads me to believe that the connectors might have gone bad. Any ideas? Thanks
