^actually it doesn't. I asked my Lexus guys today and its 23300-0a020 and I believe its white and not black in color like this one. I can snap a few pictures when I do mine, but not exactly sure when I will get around to it.

I bought it from rock auto last week, but I'm not sure if the part number applies. It's only 23 bux for the gs430.

Default Risk of the change.

Brought my car to my brother in law to change the filter. He had heard from a number amount of people that when changing the fuel filter it causes the fuel pump to fail. Has this happened to anyone on here? And from now seeing these pictures I am definitely going to change the filter.

thats why i went to a external pump and filter. i had to make a custom fuel pick up. but it works great and the siphon tube i set up for the saddle tanks works great.

^...seems dangerous to me. I scrap my exhaust (especially the Y-pipe area) all the damn time...especially going over speed bumps slowly. I can just picture puncturing this thing and then who knows what could happen. ;(

As far as changing this filter...I am game as well. I will look into buying an OEM one from Carson soon.

***P.S. to all that have changed the filter so far - how is your fuel pump holding up? Any difference in gas mileage and/or performance? Thanks!
