Whats up CL!!! Well here is my dilemma...I owned 2 SC's before but am looking to buy a GS300...I like the body style and want to go VIP...plz tell me which one you think I should buy...
1) 1999 Silver GS300, 110k miles, Silver interior, all stock..body is in pretty good shape couple door dings here and there...front bumper I would probably repaint due to scratches...however has 10k invested in maintenance by Lexus...very well maintained...$7900 firm
2)2001 Pearl White GS300, 119k miles, Tan leather interior, body is clean and interior is as well...pretty well maintained...normal wear and tear stuff replaced..timing belt,water pump,brakes...some other stuff as well...BUT he has Tein Coil overs, Alpine double din, sounds, JDM lip spoiler...$9000firm
Which one do you guys think? 1st one I know I dont have to worry about as far as running well...2nd one Im not too sure as far as the things I mentioned...please help me out..thanks

Welcome to CL.. Both seem like pretty good deals.. You just have to ask yourself what color you want. Silver or White? Theres a few in the GS classifieds. A nice Blk on Tan, and Silver on blk.. GL

like jadu said maintenance is always VERY important, im sure the other was maintained but if the 99 was 100% dealer maintained, i'd go for that in a heartbeat over previous mods
also even though he has a firm price, try to give him $7500 maybe he'd come down on it because of the body work to do.
I paid $6500 last week for a very well maintained GS400 with 118k on the ODO

I'd start at $7k and work your way up.
You never know - they may just take $7k!
