Wow another original member possibly selling the GS..
If your decision is based on your new addition to the family, well than, you know what you have to do. Johnny are you able to keep the GS and possibly get a used RX or GX? I bet both of those vehicles can suite your needs for your family.
Congrats on your new baby. Just remember you got one hell of car..

Congrats on your new baby. Just remember you got one hell of car.. We havent talked in the longest time!! I considered getting the wife something and just keeping the GS, but in case during a snowstorm or some emergency I would be covered.
I know your going to try your hardest to keep the GS right LOL?
Again, Congratulations on your new Baby..
I was considering that, but this car doesnt handle well in the snow as we all know.
I had a lot of fun with her and will miss it tremendously. I still have a lot of the stock parts for it and will need to get some on here or trade.
Thanks for all the well wishes.
I was thinking of jumping into a GX

I see where he's coming from with the snow comment. It's not the best, but definitely not the worst in the snow. I had a few scares this winter in my car and I have to pull aside to let cars pass me when it's snowing pretty hard out. It sucks too because once you pull over, you can't get back on without some fancy steering wheel and gas pedal work. Going uphill in the GS is also a good time in the snow.
Sad to say it, but my Bimmer performs better in the snow and they have the same tires.

johnny, I know I told you, but congrats. Part out the GS, you'll find people to trade/sell to very easily. You're smart enough to know what the right decision is and by you asking, I think you already know what it is. If I couldn't have 2 cars for myself and had a kid, I would def get an SUV, if not, at least an AWD sedan (some what on the bigger side with high safety ratings).
no need to sell the car with the mods in it. you'll lose more from doing so. part out, replace the mods with the factory stuff, and use the money from selling the aftermarkets for your kid's college fund. time will fly! congratulations man! best of luck, and enjoy fatherhood!
Like I've told you before, its sad to see the GS getting parted out, but we all have different priorities that come up.
Part out is a must if you are trading it in or selling, you'll get more money for the parts that way.
Congrats on the new addition to the family. I hope we get to see you guys soon.
