Sorry folks, I will post pics once I get them back from powder coating. They are 20"s and not nearly as wide as my S1's but the offset are the same

yeah i was probably a bit of an attention vvhore back then, I hadn't intended it to be a teaser but I knew it essentially was... part of the purpose of that post back in 2005 was because Jline was debuting the first set of Krownes on my car but at the time I really wanted the SDMSL2's and those that knew me totally know how thats my favorite wheel of all time hence the wheel choice in the post.... but I like how you dug back 5 years to prove the point, didn't mean to hit a nerve.... if you're gonna tease, show some skin

Yep, that's me.

Hey quick question. Are you using hood pins on you hood?

I saw a post of some dude's VIS hood strip the top layers. I know or atleast hope Veilside is way better quality, but I just don't want my $h!t flying off!

No hood pins... the veilside hood bolts up like factory oem hood. The hood latch should hold on fine. I've been fine (knock on wood) for over 2 years and definitely don't drive slow on highways.

The only issue I ran into is the the wiper nozzles don't fit in there perfectly but I ended up shaving the wholes for a cleaner look so it didn't matter for me. A little shaving would have fixed the problem. Go w/ the veilside hood.... the profile look is unique and I've yet to see a copy that is able to give the car such a pronounced profile nose.
