K&N Intake Causing Occasional Lean Code.. is this dangerous?!

Yeah, I tried the MAF cleaner.. no dice. Still throwing the code, with no ill effects yet. I suspect its def the intake, but I like the sound.

yeah i feel you. i get the same code every now and then.. about 3 times a year...but funny part is i got it ONCE when i did not have the k&n intake???? so what i am gonna try soon is change out all the o2 sensors..

also once i went to Vegas and on the way back the car as soon as i come to a stop the car drops RPM to 100-200 and want to turn off but jumps back up and gives me power...like running out of gas..... did it a few times and has not done it since i got back..but gave me the CODE a few days later ,,,i reset and its been a few thousand miles since then ,,

I have an air filter right on the intake pipe. I get a code from time to time. I reset the ecu or it goes away by itself. I'll try cleaning the MAF today with a reset.
