Yeah alot of work. I can see why everywhere I got a quote to refinish them wanted about $250. Cost in materials was about $90.
I see these tables go for sale for about $150 but to get them to match your existing wood is another story.

 

of course man, someones gotta do it, i've been searching around for the tables since i got back, with your quick little DIY i'll now be able to refinish them once i find em. appreciate it!

I believe this kit is no longer available.
I haven't seen another GS with this kit in a while.
Last seen one on a white GS in San Diego years ago. He sold it and now there's no trace.

 

I saw his car when I picked up something from him, it was amazingly clean. When he showed me the wood floors, unbelievable ahah. Too bad you didn't take first place home!
