I would say intake or exhaust would be one of the first thing to upgrade, due to the fact that its relatively affordable.
As for mods like a s/c, your also have to upgrade other parts on your car as well. Like tranny work, rear end work, and brakes...What's the use of going fast if you can't stop...
It all depends on your driving needs and bank account...
