not a fan of them ebay headlights.... could probably haggle a cheaper price though. its alright. run a carfax and be sure

I would def. haggle a bit. Both bumpers need to be painted. And had the 90k service been done?

Agree with previous, ask about the 90k service. Carfax is a must! The timing belt should have been replaced by now. I'd say offer $8,000, and don't buy for more than $9,500, start to walk away if he doesn't and you'll see how fast "the manager in the back" changes his mind. In this economy, it's your chance to get a killer deal. The dealer will want to sell before the new year to avoid calling it a 9 year old car, sounds trivial but it's not. Good luck!
