Default got a few problems

Just to reassure myself i know the bulb is crap now. The part of the bulb where its supposed to have to salt is alll black now. And when i try to fire it up it just kinda sparks a little. so bulb is bad . what you guys think? pix below

2nd issue. i got 10mm spacers up front and my 20" rims. my vibration wasnt as bad before i got the spacers. I got them put on the vibration got horrid at abuot 45-60MPH when i got like 65-80 vibration gone. You guys think the hubcentric rings will fix that? Also, i was washing my car about a week ago and my lugs were really loose on the back wheels I was like OH CHIT!!! how the hell that happend. The only thing i could think of was the vibration from driving. what you guys think? i retorqued all my lugs to 83FTLBS

Vibration could be one or a combination of a few different things:

• hub centric rings
• alignment
• wheels out of balance (RoadForce Balance recommended)
• worn balljoints
• worn out suspension bushings
• worn tires

thats's just a start

I had a bulb that was black that still operated. Before concluding that, try the other bulb on the ballast to rule it out. As for vibrations, what kind of spacers did you get? The caca 'universal' ones you get at tire shop or real ones? Did you get longer studs or use those nuts that taper in to grab more threads? I had nasty vibration and its was mostly because I was using those caca spacers with no longer studs, I was using those tapered lugs, at the same time the studs got stripped after awhile which made my nuts to get lose often. Which also intensified vibration. :breath: I finally got some H&R hubcentric's with longer studs and not only did lugs tighten better and got rid of vibration, it got rid of vibration that was there before lugs were getting lose. the ring should solve your issue.

i got the H&R spacers with the extended lugs and it vibrates with those. i dont have spacers in the rear its just the front and that is when my vibration got worse.

Maybe the balancing weights came off? As said above, good idea to get balance checked before spending the big bucks.
