Default Alarm

Do you have an aftermarket alarm to protect your car? I'm upgrading my stereo system soon but kinda leary. Not sure if the factory alarm is enough.

i have an viper5900 currently, it has additional features so that i could use my factory alarm with my aftermarket one aka one button arms both. As for getting an alarm....people either hate it or love it. I have mine for piece of mind.

Well it depends on what kind of alarm system you get. Stocks are fine, but if getting an alarm you should get a top notch one. the sensitive one. lol, cause its hard to jack aristo, or at least i havent heard it get stolen, but they can break your windows, so anything get that sensitive one. but i wouldn't recommend it, just park your car on a safe area.

had a older model of this one on my es300 till someone broke in and stole my radio/tv/etc my freaking remote didnt even go off (although the alarm did) and i wasnt but maybe 500 feet from the car. soooo my next car after that i hooked up train horns to the alarm siren and never had a problem again
