Default Tailight Troubles

Hi guys. I have a set of what I think are Sonar LED tail. The problem is that they do not light up when my headlight are on at night. So I am driveing with a dark end intill I stept on the break and it works fine than goes back to nothing when breaks are off.

I found the problem when my headlight inner and bumper side mark went out. I check the fuse and found a blown out fuse on the driver foot and replace it. It was the "Tail 10". The innder and mark started to work fine. I look back and my tails die on me. I dont know how long it was like this. But I can not get it to work again!

Checked all the fuse on both driver and passanger foot. Checked the fuse under the hood as well. I tested each light bulbs if it was working and even took them out to see if any died on me. All are working fine. Just very confuse now.

My delima now is that the taillight have resistor. They come in 3. When I turn my headlight on 2 are cool and 1 is hot. When I have someone step on the break 1 is cool and 2 are hot. The one that get hot are the small one (in pix) and the cool one is the bigger one. I dont think it is normal but it was working fine before.

-Led does not set off sensor on the dash, my car is a 2003 Gs3-

Any ideas? Thanks

i have the same tails, and they are not sonar. but to fix the issue you have to reverse the input on where u pull in the lights . so just switch where u pull in the top two plugs and that should do it.. fyi when i did that it throw a code only when the brake was in engaged but they did work.. hope that makes sense.

watch out for those resisters they get pretty damn hot. you can probally light a cig with it after driving a couple blocks at night.
