I drove on the highway in belgium........

all of a sudden there's a grey BMW next to me, I can see it's the cops. They start driving in front of me, and I had to follow them for like 10 miles. then they pull me over on a parking lot.
He comes up to me, very rude....."do you have an exeption from a doctor not to wear your safety belts ??"<< No sir, I haven't>> I thought it was for speeding I just drove about 40 miles too fast!!he gave me a ticket for the safety belt, damn was I lucky that it was only for that minor defence.

Dude, I HEAR YOU !!!! I live in the very south west corner of H.B. and it's hard to go south and not go thru Newport. Every time one risks a red lite in the rear view for the smallest thing......

Also, Be careful of your speed on PCH, as the stretch the that runs thru Newport used to be patrolled by CHP, and you rarely if ever saw them. Well as of Jan this year NBPD now patrols it and they use LASER - NOT radar...instant bust.

The worst part of the PCH is right where F and F was filmed, right near Neptunes... Every once in a while, ricers come buy and try to race just like in the movies.... cops are always waiting for those wannabes when they come, its pretty funny.
