*need help on wheel offset*asap

Im looking at another set of wheels. Here are the specs. Will this work. Wheels have no lip.

+25 Offset front and rear
20x8.5 front
20x9.5 rear

Great. What tire size should i run on those?

Cheapest bet would be to get some 225/35/20 front and 245/35/20 rear.
