I need tires....

i need some new tires for the front i have 20x9.5 +35 with a 235/30/20 too small for me.. i was thinking of doing 235/35/20 245/35/20 or 245/30/20..
what do you guys think..

Im on Nitto INVO's right now..

235 on 9" Mild stretch
255 on 9.5"

so far ride has been comfy n quiet. imma see how long they will last on a lowered car. so far got near 6k miles on em.
