maintenance schedule for 01 gs300?

I lost my booklet and tried doing a search here and google, but cannot find the maintenance schedule.

Does anyone know from start to finish?

Was the first one at 3000 miles then there after...

now by replace transmission fluid does it actually mean replace or tranny flush?
