On my metallic silver car, I used white with a hint of blue LED, but I'm converting the side marker to blink with the blinkers.

 

you should post a diy.. i been wanting to do this.. if there is one.. ill look for it later.. also for the cali people, do you guys get pulled over with leds in the clear side marker? was planning on changing it to a 6000k white led with a little blue, but if imma get pulled over... i might just unplug the stock amber bulb..

I have clear side markers, well i'm from cali. but soo far i can say, i haven't got pulled over for the clear sidemarkers... but i guess it also depends on the cops also...

 

I am on my third set of ebay clear side markers all of which have water evaporation in them. Can anyone recommend an Ebay seller that actually sells side markers that do not leak?

 

Lowkut, put some silicone around the nipples of the lights... helps seal it nice and tight
