yeah Wald is all lip, front and rear. Which means easy repair if anything breaks. But kinda pricy for lip only kit.

Polyurathane kits are heavier than Fiberglass kits too...also, if the fiberglass kit is MADE WELL, it won't crack or blow up as easily as CSHFLW stated. I scraped my fiberglass front bumper going up a driveway and it didn't crack or blow up on me...I've also hit a parking block and nothing happened....
More than worry about Fiber/Poly, I would worry about what the kit will do to your car in terms of appearance. Personally, I like the kit I have (Classy Sport Design), obviously, I like the Explosion kit (a little more aggressive), the AutoCouture v2 kit (clean/mild), the Wald Executive kit (again, clean/mild), etc., etc...there are so many kits out there though...
If you find a good design that you like and it's from a reputable company, you should have any problems...also, fiberglass is fixable...easily and cheaply. Poly, once you jack it up, you're SOL.

Yes, I scraped my bumper twice, nothing cracked or anything, I heard story of that Japanese fiberglass is stronger tho.
There must be a reason that most of the reputable japanese companies use fiberglass = )
