Exclamation I need help for lights !

i searched and couldnt find anything..
im trying to do a set up such as in this forum
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/lig...-pictures.html..
the only problem is i do not understand how he did the set up with the low beams and city lights. in the night picture it shows a very bright set up in the lens closest to the grill. now my QUESTION is are those the city running v-led 194 bulb lights or are they his hid day running lights running during the night? or is it a combination of both? and if they are the hid day running lights running during the night, where can i go to program the lights to run during the night, and if so what problems should i encounter?
PLEASE HELP ME OUT !!!
im really trying to get this set up going by this weekend.
my plan is too take my stock hid lights and swap em for my day running lights. than replace my headlights with some 6000k HID's. Do i even need to replace my city running lights?

-THANK YOU

When HID's are installed as High Beams they will not power up a DRL's. You basically do not have DRL's anymore.

He has two Pics. The first is labeled "Lo/Fog" which also shows the City Lights. The Other picture is labeled "Lo/Hi" which is just that, no City Lights.

Farther down that page he also has a picture of just the City Lights on too.
